Level 1

All applicants apply by completing 3 easy steps.

• Review the eligibility requirements to ensure you meet them.

• Complete and submit the online application.

• Email a picture of yourself to: apply@theultimatebusinessmakeover.com.

Level 2

After a thorough review of the applications, 10 businesses will be selected by “The Ultimate Business Makeover” team to present their business case before a panel of local celebrity judges.

If selected for level 2, you must:

• Present a brief overview of your business case to a panel of local celebrity judges.

• Review and accept the Voluntary Participation Agreement

• Review and accept the Name and Likeness Release

Level 3

The judges will select 3 businesses to compete in level 3. Your picture along with your story will be posted on the site for an online vote. Each business will receive complementary prizes along with a “special delivery” envelope with the results of the online vote.

One business per episode will prevail and that’s when the real magic begins as the makeover action team arrives full force with one mission in mind. To make sure that business has the essential tools they need to productively compete in today’s work force.
